Extonbury is a fun community event where we try to offer a little bit of everything the larger festivals have (apart from the mud!), but in a much smaller family friendly package. We will be aiming to beat last year's offering which included these treats:
Gazebos - we have limited room on site and can accommodate just 10 guest gazebos which are of necessity placed around the perimeter of the field. Spaces will be allocated on a strictly first come first served basis at a charge of £25 for a standard 3m square gazebo. To reserve a space simply email markbutterill@gmail.com.
Bar & catering - please feel free to bring your own food and drink but for the full festival experience why not enjoy the outdoor bar together with a truly fantastic food menu by Simon & Christina of the Fox & Hounds to keep your energy levels up!
Craft stalls - a range of quality products from local craftspeople
Merchandise stall - T shirts, glowsticks, air guitars, rocket balloons, floral garlands....
Raffle & running auction - with great prizes donated by our sponsors and friends
The festival field is accessible to wheelchair users with a little assistance. We have portaloo toilets on the festival site, with additional toilets including disabled facilities in the adjacent village hall. First aid will be provided by a fully manned post throughout the day.
Unfortunately we have no dedicated parking so please use the village streets responsibly and avoid blocking anyone's access. Please remember that larger vehicles including buses need to navigate through the village.
We regret that we are unable to allow dogs (apart from registered guide dogs) onto the festival field, and for everyone's safety open fires and barbecues are not allowed.
